We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I am looking to have a booking flow for a Golf course and I wanted to clarify a few points:
    1. Can we create time slots where someone can register multiple other users. IE people can search for another person in the database to add them to the booking
    2. Can we have time slots where it would be say every 15 minutes with 4 slots
    3. Can the timeslots be either public or private. IE. 7:00 am public allows 4 people reserved but if someone requests a private time it blocks out that even if the reservation is less an 4 people
    4. Is there a way to show a public roster of who is registered at what time?

    Hello Daniel

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

    1. You can create a service with a maximum capacity, but people can't see other people who booked.

    2. You can only offer 4 15-minute slots if you set the default time slot step to be 15-minutes and set the duration of the service to be 15 minutes, and configure the employee's work hours so they work 1 hour during the day.

    3. Timeslots can't be public or private.

    4. As mentioned in #1 - there's no way to show who registered at what time.

    Kind Regards,
