We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I'm trying to set up a booking system for a co-working space.
The two "services" I have are
1.Hotdesk - About 6 different "hotdesks" charged per 8 hour slot
2. Meeting Rooms - Only 1 at the moment, may be expanding to two. Charged Per hour with buffer each side
I'm sure I could muddle thought it, but thought I would ask if you have seen Amelia used in this way and any suggestion you may have to set it up
Would I make the each hotdesk/meeting room an employee?
Hello Cameron
Thank you for your purchase.
I would go with creating an 8-hour service, and then create 6 different employees with 8-hour work hours. With this approach, each employee (hotdesk) would be able to offer the same service, so there would be 6 available timeslots.
Same would apply to the Meeting rooms, but I can't say for sure if I understood that. Are there any limitations, conditions, or anything else that could come in between this setup and the actual use?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
