The notifications work very well. Except when an appointment was canceled and rebooked. Then no notification is sent to the new customer.
Example: Appointment on 1.1.2023 at 10 am. Customer A booked but canceled and got a notification for both. Now customer B re-books the appointment but does not get a confirmation email.
If the appointment was completely deleted by customer A before, then it works. But we don't want to delete the appointment, because this is important for our statistics, how many customers cancel.

If you do, i will have to remotely isolate the issue for you.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

They are going to investigate and isolate the root of the issue.

You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates; if they don't implement it by then, you can check the patch notes for it.

I am happy to say that the issue seems fixed.
The QA testers are unable to replicate it anymore, and i can confirm on my Test site, now my Dummy customers are getting pending , as well as approved notifications - in case if previous customer was cancelled,but is still in the appointment list.
So, i suggest to update the plugin to 5.1 , and it should be fixed. Updating the plugin to the latest version
