Available strings on wordpress.org are for the Lite version of the plugin, and there are a lot more strings in the Full version.

We don't have any translators in our company and we rely on our customers to provide us with translations. If you translated the full version into Czech, and you're willing to provide that to us, we can offer you a recurring 20% discount for all your future renewals.

Yes, of course. You can provide us with the initial translation, and once that's included we'll apply the renewal discount for all upcoming charges.

Once a new version is released, we'll expect you to send us translations for the newly added strings which will be included in the .po files. You can submit them through the ticket by zipping both .po and .mo files.
