A vital feature for me, to be able to purchase and use your wonderful plugin, is the option to add the postal address of the customers data. It is important to have this saved and be able to export the data with the postal address for sending receipts and course information by postal mail. Without this option I would need to have a second customer database and double the work.
If this is something your dev.Team could easily implement it would be a great feature and make amelia my number one choice to work with.
If the need to capture postal address on the level of each individual appointment/booking, then you can certainly use Amelia custom fields to capture whatever address info you need. You can then export the appointments by date from Amelia, and include your custom fields.
However, if you wish to maintain address info on the customer level rather than on a per-booking level, you may want to use a plugin like Advanced Custom Fields Pro to add custom address fields to the Wordpress user profile table (which can include Amelia Customers). Then use a second plugin Admin Columns, which has an integration with Advanced Custom Fields Pro. This plugin will allow you to select and export user data in CSV format (and specify which fields you want to include in your export) directly from the Wordpress User admin page. Then handle your exported data as you wish in something like Excel or Google Sheets, or import into your CRM or shipping app, etc.
Of course, there is also the option of custom coding to seamlessly address your needs with as little manual effort as possible.

Hello CMGregor,
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly?
Can you explain to us in a little more detail and maybe send us a couple of screenshots so that we can see what happened exactly?
Look forward to you reply.
Have a great weekend!
Kind Regards,
Stanislav Snagovskiy

Thank you for your input, Chris, much appreciated.
We're planning on developing customer-related custom fields, so hopefully, in a few months there will be custom fields that are linked to employees.
Any workaround suggested here has not been tested by us, and we don't provide support for it, but they're all welcome, of course!
