Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We can access the customer panel without issues:

Also, the booking form appears to be working (right next to the panel, on this page):

Events, on this page, are showing blank:

Since you don't seem to have any events created in the back-end:

The booking form in the popup on this page works normally (and looks amazing, by the way!):

Can you please tell us on which page you're having issues with booking forms loading?

We also tested using incognito mode, but the booking form loads.

As for the new issue - I'm not able to replicate it. The booking form appears:

And I successfully booked an appointment for 22nd or 21st June (I can't say exactly because I used a fake email address):

I used your credentials to log into https://eleda.ch/wp-admin and saw this was saved under Amelia's General settings:

The same address is saved in Settings/Roles/Customer:

The one in General settings is the redirection URL after booking takes place, and the one in Roles/Customer defines the page where the customer panel is.
