In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

When i am installing , after the activation of amelia WordPress is showing that There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.
i tried to uninstall, and reinstall. backup and restore, but the problem continues, today only i purchased amelia

We're sorry to hear this is happening.
In order to see what's going on, we would need you to provide us (in a PRIVATE response) with your website's wp-admin credentials, along with FTP credentials (we won't be able to help you without FTP), and we'll gladly see what's going on.
Please just remember to enable the PRIVATE response when sending us your credentials, so your response is only visible to us.
