In the form where customer needs to enter it information (see the image) when the user is already log in, I need to change the name and last name of the person who can make the reserve. In the example appears my name Cesar Vazquez, I need change it for example my son Ernesto but he is a kid so I want to receive the notification to my email.
Right now the fields name and last name are blocked and does not allow me to change it.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Yes. When we want to schedule on behalf of someone else, the safest way is to use an incognito browser, this way the user will not be logged in, and you can safely input any customer information.
Also, if you wish to use same email for multiple customers for booking, you have to disable this option in Amelia settings > Role settings > Customer > Check customer's name for existing email when booking
My case is when parents needs to schedule a date for their kids, the will not know they need a incognito browser, when they are logout they can do it, but when they are login not.
If I disable the customer setting, that you mentioned, are they will be able to do reservations for they kids even they are login?

Hi, Cesar
Yes, it should work, i just tested this out.
I was logged in as my Amelia customer, as well as in the customer panel. And once i disabled this setting,
it is now allowing me to book under same email, but different names.
Let me know if you encounter any issue with this. Thank you
