Basically, for WordPress, there is no universal recommended setup.
It depends on how many plugins and content you will place. Generally speaking, the more resources you have, the better.

And you will see how it goes. Depending on how many resources your WordPress uses, in time you can improve the setup, and you can always discuss with your hosting support, they can help you see if you need to upgrade your plan with them.
