I have contacted you before, about numerous issues for my client who runs a pilates/yoga studio. We have now concluded that there are too many issues with running the booking process through Amelia.
I made a list of the issues:
MUST HAVES
Option for subscriptions with monthly payments via direct debit
Option to give clients credit to purchase single class or package of classes
Packages of multiple services, e.g. 12 sessions in package and client can choose how many of each service they want
Discount codes for packages
Discounts codes for events
Easy account access for new clients (without default wordpress mail about password creation)
Waitlist for classes, with automatic notification to next person on waitlist if someone cancels a private of group session
NICE TO HAVES
Option to signup as a member before booking a class, and answer a few health related questions,
Possibility to work with quarterly schedules. Have a schedule for the current quarter, change availability and schedule for next quarter and publish new schedule from a specific date
Option to keep notes and status about client. E.g. status injured, recovering, etc. Status should be visible everywhere the client's name is seen in the system.
I have had some feedback from another client to use MyCred for the credits/subscriptions, but I didn't want to have to build a lego house of functionality that might be provided by Amelia in the near future.
I understand that you made the choice to not provide a roadmap, but that now urges us to make this decision and use another product in the meantime.
We hope that Amelia catches up with our needs by the end of 2022, so we can switch back.
If we are wrong about any of these issues, please inform us of the possibilities of correcting them. I would also love to hear feedback from comparable companies with group and private classes.

1. The option to signup as a member before booking a class. So I recently discovered this was possible by setting the minimum required classes for a package to 0 and the maximum to whatever you would like. Though this does not apply to a single service, you can do this by offering a package of a specific service that can be booked at a later date through the customer panel.
@Bruce Thanks! But this is not what I mean. We have a free chat/consultation that we offer before anyone books a class. I guess that can be regarded as the same. But we need something formal, that you can attach the health questionnaire and waiver to.
ahh i see...well food for thought maybe you can attach that form to the initial email that gets sent out in the notifications section. I know it doesn't solve the issue but maybe it can be a temporary workaround.

I will pass all of the details to our Developers, and they will do their absolute best to implement everything you described regarding functionalities; sadly we are still not able to promise a definite ETA, and we understand if you found better solutions for the time being;

to see if someone may be already suggested some of the features. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded for additional voting.

I know that they have been planned, but as you probably know, there are lots of unpredictable factors that can postpone development, and our developers have a lot of tasks such as working on bug fixes/improvements and other user requests, so they're doing their best.

because our developers have a lot of priority tasks/ bug fixes/ and other suggested requests from users,
and they are working with some unpredictable factors that can postpone development.
Each feature needs to be thoroughly tested to make sure that it does not have any negative effect on other Amelia functionalities, and of course, to make sure it does not cause any kind of a bug when implemented to the plugin's core.
We will certainly do our best to start working on all of the suggested features you made as soon as possible.
