Amelia is probably one of the best Wordpress appointments plugins, but only if you want it as it is. Is really hard to customize from my side of view. Looking around the forum, I see that I'm not the only one who thinks this way.

I believe that some of these little changes would make it easier to use:

• Make fields and steps editable and allow them to be moved/rearranged.
• Add the ability to choose the width of fields, at least between half-width and full-width.
• Allow the use of HTML in the fields (think for example in the terms and conditions links).
• In some views (backend), add the ability to edit the columns to display. I really miss a lot that it is not possible to see anywhere the ID of the appointment at least. It is not even possible to see it when editing the appointment (only on email). Make it a searchable parameter too.
• The ability to see payment/transaction IDs would also be great. At least at Finance view and when editing an appointment.
• When editing the number of participants of an already arranged appointment, the amounts are not recalculated automatically (paid and due values). Perhaps it would be advisable to at least show a reminder to the user so that he does not forget to edit them manually.
• Allow to create a new appointment by simply clicking on a free slot in the calendar.
• Add the option to change the configuration of integrations (titles and descriptions of calendar, meetings...) of the services or events (bypassing general configuration individually).

I would say that most changes are pretty simple UI changes and won't take as much time as other more in-depth modifications.

I wrote this post before upgrading to 5.0, which is a great improvement! Some of the suggestions might be already done.

Anyway, I will try to create some feature suggestions if you think I should. I wasn't sure if that tool was actually tracked or not, as I haven't found anything in the planned, in progress or completed sections. I have also sent some messages about duplicated suggestions I have found.

I think an admin should have a look. Perhaps a cleanup/rewrite of some titles (make them more clear and even add description inside), merging duplicate requests and marking others as completed could make the rest of the good suggestions raise their counter by gaining visibility.

I fully understand that this is a young product and certain features may take some time to arrive. I would like to help you as much as possible, if it works for you, it will work for me too.
