I initially went to Dashboard -> Updates to update Amelia, but that did not work.
Then went to Amelia -> Settings -> VIEW ACTIVATION SETTINGS and deactivate. Then reactivated the site. That worked because site information have earlier been changed.
Do please add troubleshooting information to the updating doc so users can test out different ways to get the automatic updating of Amelia working. In general it is important to add a troubleshooting section in various docs as a way to make it easier getting things working when it for whatever reason might not work.
