In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    I have a few questions in regards to what my client specifically needs before I possibly purchase Amelia for their new website:

    1. Is it possible to generate a list of all event attendees along with the form credentials they submitted upon booking?

    2. Are refunds easy to process?

    3. Can bulk SMS texts be sent to specific event attendees in case of location changes or updates for the event?

    1. Is it possible to generate a list of all event attendees along with the form credentials they submitted upon booking?

    - Yes.  We have the "export" option, to export all the attendees from an Event;

    along with any information you need, such as name, email, custom fields they sent :

    2. Are refunds easy to process?

    At the moment there's no feature for refunding Customers through Amelia, unfortunately. Therefore, refunds have to be processed manually through the payment system for the time being. 

    This feature is on our to-do list for one of the future updates, but I can't say an ETA on it.

    However, you can speed the process up by submitting a request on this page.. As more users request a feature, it gets pushed higher on the developer's priority list.

    3. Can bulk SMS texts be sent to specific event attendees in case of location changes or updates for the event?

    - Yes. You can set up customised SMS notifications ( as well as email notifications) ,

    and they can automatically be sent depending on an Event status,

    or if you wish to have scheduled notifications for an Event.
