Is it possible to not show new events on the front when booking period is not open yet? Now when I create some new events, they are already visible on the front. I would like to see that they are only visible as soon as the booking comes available. Is there an option somewhere?
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

- I am sorry to disappoint you, but at this time, this is not achievable with any of our built-in functionalities in Amelia.
I will pass this to the developers as an idea for improvement, but please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

At this moment, the only idea i have that can maybe act as a manual workaround, you can create a hidden Event, and set it to not be visible on the front end, using the Customize tab :
And later on, when the time comes, someone would have to go back here to edit the Event, and tick this to show Event on site...
That is the best idea i have right now. I know it is not what you described. We will do our best to add a more automated solution in the future.
Also thank you for sending my idea to the developpers.
Your manual workaround is unfortunally not an option for me, as I create events for 3 months ahead. So when I need to open them all, it will be a lot of work. Because I have on almost every day an event.
So I hope there will be a solution soon ;)

Hi Milos,
Thank you for your reply.

Hi, Patrick
Oh, i can see what you mean, when you have that many Events, it would be too much manual work to do all of that...
We will do our best to implement an automated solution for this as soon as possible.
Thank you for the suggestion.
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us with new tickets. Thanks.
