We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello everyone,

I have a problem with the translation of the plugin. I have a multilingual site and after creating the translated pages and inserting the translation inside Amelia, the plugin keeps showing up only in English. I followed the directions I found on the Docs and Youtube video, but nothing.

    • I list below the steps I did
    • Creating home page in EN language
    • Installation of the Polylang multilingual plugin
    • Creation and translation of pages in DE - ITA language
    • Translation of the plugin into the various languages within the Customize panel of Amelia
    • Inserting the form on the relevant pages

Did I miss any steps? Everything else on the site translates once the language is selected, I don't understand why Amelia doesn't.

Thanks to anyone who can help me out!

    Hello Riccardo

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Have you read this article?

    Using Multiple Languages in Amelia

If so, please check the permalinks through Polylang. If English is the default language, and the page is www.somesite.com/booking, we recommend the additional languages permalinks to be www.somesite.com/de/booking

    Kind Regards,

    Aleksandar,

I had this problem since I installed Amelia and I've been trying to solve it for about 2 weeks. I opened several tickets, but the problem was, precisely, on the permalinks.

You don't know how grateful I am for the help, thank you very much!

    Have a great day!
