I have the box checked in Role Settings “Automatically create Amelia Customer user”. When a new customer is created when they book their first appointment, they will get an email (I think from Wordpress), that looks like this:
How can I edit the contents of this email, or even better, can I simply not send it? It's confusing to my customers as to why they are getting this email. Not sending it would be best as they don't need it - I've turned off "Require password for login" for customers. Or if I could at least edit the contents of the email to add a note "You can ignore this email".
My guess is this has to do with how Wordpress works and is out of the control of Amelia, but I thought I'd ask anyways. Thank you :)
You can check the following article on how to change the new user email from WordPress as this is not an issue with the Amelia plugin, just as you mentioned.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
