We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hey there,

I just bought the license for amelia plugin. I just want to offer some coaching calls for my clients (only one-by-one). Therefore I wanted to create different services, one service f.e. on monday another service on tuesday and so on. Now I figured out, that I can not assign a time on the service itself, so everyone can book all the week long.

Do you know how I can set this up?

    Thank you in advance!

    Best regards, Cindy

    Hello Cindy,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, you have to assign services to employees, they are those who perform services. It is necessary to have at least one employee created for the plugin to work properly. This option is specifically for companies with several employees to make it easier for them to manage and track their appointments, their availability, and the services they provide. If you have just one employee and you don’t want it shown on the front pages, don’t worry. When you create only one employee it will be automatically hidden on the front-end booking form.

    Find out more here: https://wpamelia.com/employees/.

If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

    Have a nice day!

    Kind Regards,
