We have 3 locations. Per location we have 1 employee. Let's say we have 50 different services.
Employee A is capable of doing all 50. Emloyee B can only do 1-40, and Employee C is only trained for 1-30.
Also, employee B needs 45 minutes for service X. While employee A needs only 30minutes for the same service.
How would you setup our structure? When i choose the 'step by step booking form', you have to choose the service first, and the employee second. Is there a way to make the available services depending on the employee or location that was choosen?
Which structure of setup would you recommend for this? (I can skip locations OR employees, since those have a 1 on 1 relation.) Like location A can be named 'Location A - Employee D', as a workaround if needed.
Yes, but unfortunately it is not possible to add more locations to one employee. There is a workaround where you can make three same employees with different emails (you can use same email by adding numbers for example if your client email address is [email protected] you can make more employees with same email adding numbers like [email protected],[email protected]...). This is possible for Gmail and Outlook accounts.
And then you can use ameliabooking shortcode and on front-end you can hide with CSS dropdawn with Employees and it will be shown just Location dropdawn like you requested.
You can use this CSS rule on the page between style tags where you will hide Employee dropdawn:
Amelia > Employees > Your Employee Name > Assigned Services – This is where you can check the services provided by the current employee. Each employee can have more than one assigned service and there is no limit on the number of services that can be assigned, i.e. all services can be checked. Once you check one of the services, the price and capacity inputs become available, allowing you to set a custom price and capacity for the employee.
