    Hi,

I see that increasing the number of maximum capacity for a service shows the "Show "Bringing anyone with you" option", which confuses me quite a bit.

I am making a website for a barbersalon, each barber can only serve one customer at a time, but each barber can have one at the same time in the salon. I suppose the system knows that one employee can have one customer at the time and is booking based on the availability of the employee and not on the "maximum capacity" of the service.

My whole issue is that I want to hide the "Bringing anyone with you?" option but I only get the option to show or hide when I increase the maximum capacity of the service. Can you please guide as to how to hide this option and please confirm how the booking system works (based on employees availability?).

    Thank you,

    Kind regards

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If you want to hide this field from the front-end, you can disable the Show "Bringing anyone with you" option on the service settings on the Amelia/Services page.

I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you please explain to us in a little more detail and maybe send us a couple of screenshots?

And here is a link to our Quick Start Guide: https://wpamelia.com/quickstart/.

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Have a nice day!

Hi again, thank you for the reply

    Basically:

    1. Does maximum capacity represent the maximum capacity for, in this case, the whole salon or for one appointment. Meaning one barber working on client = maximum capacity is 1 OR the salon has 4 barbers = maximum capacity = 4

    2. If I set the maximum capacity to 1, I do not get the option to hide or show "Bringing anyone with you"

    Kind regards

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    1. Maximum capacity represents the maximum capacity of the service:

Minimum Capacity and Maximum Capacity – Here you can enter the minimum and the maximum number of persons per single service booking. If your company has a need for a group appointment (for example classes, tours, group training, etc.), this is where you’ll define its capacity. This option is available for every employee, so you can define a different capacity for each one.

    2. Yes, that is correct.

If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.

    Have a great weekend!
