When a customer try's to book a recurring class when employee special days are added to a booking, the time(s) exceed the actual weeks / times until the booking is available.
How can we set this up so that it doesn't do this?
As you'll see on my screenshot, the last available day is 31st August. 21/08/2022
A Wednesday.
However, the repeat time/s can be set beyond that, there aren't 14 weeks of recurring weeks available, as from now until the 31st August there are only 12-13 weeks until then, the time's number exceeds that and can go right up past 20 weeks.
Why is that and can it only go up to the maximum weeks.
I dont want a customer thinking they can book more weeks than they actually can.
For example, they could select more times than 2 when there are only two weeks left to book on the 17th August. It shouldn't let them book more than 2 weeks by then, not 14+
Can I arrange a zoom call as I am running out of time and going around in circles with support tickets?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Unfortunately, the Zoom calls are not possible at the moment, we only provide support through tickets. Whatever you need, feel free to write to us here and we will be happy to help you.
