For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.

We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!

Using our Web hooks feature, you can create a hook that would catch certain information from Amelia and send it to other apps;  We made an example for Zapier on this page.

- I am sorry to disappoint you, but at this time, this is not achievable with any of our functionalities in Amelia.

You would not be able to make a booking in that way.

I will pass this as a suggestion for development, but please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, 

 to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.

After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
