We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have a photography business and I am the only employee. I want to have an option for clients to select a location without selecting an employee. Or make it where I can list more than one location for a single employee.
Also, after booking the date format for June 1, 2022 shows up as 01/06/2022 and I prefer the format 06/01/2022
Hello JD,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
One employee cannot be in multiple locations at the same time. Employee can work in multiple locations at different time intervals. For example, he can work in North London from 10 am to 3 pm and South London from 3 pm to 6 pm.
You can set it all up in the working hours of the employee.
As for the format and time settings, Amelia doesn't have those settings and inherits everything from WordPress. You need to change the format in WordPress settings
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Can I remove the Employee option all together? I am a photographer and I am the only employee. I need clients to be able to select a service then a drop down to select a location.
Hi JD.
If you're providing services for booking, you can't remove the Employee option since an employee is needed for booking an appointment.
If there's only one employee, however, the employee dropdown won't appear in the booking form.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
