Bad rendering on Front End

I just purchase your plugin and I really love it.  The only problem that I'm having right now is that it is not rendering correctly on the frontend.  For example, the filter on the columns are not showing.  Just the td with the header title.  I'm running this with a custom theme created by me.  If I change the theme for some other of the default theme, the plugin works.  My issue is that I don't know exactly where is the Theme and the Plugin conflicting...  I can see in the Dev Tool of chrome some errors like: jQuery(...).animateFadeOut is not a function, jQuery(...).removeClass(...).show(...).removeClass(...).animateCss is not a function and jQuery(...).stepper is not a function. Where I should look to see why is not working???  My theme is very basic.

    Hi, Victor

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

It seems that this is on a local host of yours - as i can see from related link, so i assume we won't be able to get a link to inspect the page from our end?

Considering it is a custom theme you made, not 100% sure if we can fully isolate everything, but we can certainly take a look and try to isolate the issue for you...

Judging by these JS errors that you saw -  it might be some kind of Bootstrap or custom JS that you added that is making these conflicts...

See if you can try to disable some JSS from the theme, if possible...

Also, try to disable these; and see if that helps.

On the wpDataTables main plugin settings,

and in the Custom JS and CSS ;  try to disable all of these:

And see if that perhaps resolves it?

If you already try all of that, and it didn't help, our developers can try do debug the conflict for us.

But they would need access to staging / test site, or a Duplicate of your site.

Would you be able to provide us with a staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, FTP, and the database, so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?

If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?

If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.

The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.

Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.

And if you point out the Table ID.

Also, if you sent any credentials, or files to us, make sure to mark response as Private. Thank you

    Kind Regards,
