So can you please send me the details of exactly what is not included in this package.

It allows you to create a package that will include one or more services and appointments for those services. So, with the Basic license, you'd be able to create services and sell appointments one by one. The Packages feature (which is included only in Pro and Developer license plans) allows you to create a Package for (for example) one service, and 10 appointments within that package.
Amelia can send SMS to employees and customers, but you can also add the admin's phone number so they receive all SMS sent to both employees and customers.
If you're going for the lifetime license, please note that this license can't be directly upgraded. You would need to purchase another lifetime plan, open a ticket and after that, we'll refund you the original purchase.

1. Yes, in the Amelia customize section we have the option where you can hide an employee field.
2. For each employee, you can adjust the working hours for different days according to your needs.
3. Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments but we have integration with several payment systems such as: PayPal, Mollie, Stripe and WooCommerce and Razorpay.
Some of the payment methods will be shown at the end of the booking. The customer cannot book without choosing how to pay for the appointment.

2. This is input is Stripe.js library and that library handle all related to this input. I think when you enter the card number from UK for example, it will recognize that card is from UK and it will remove ZIP code. This is the quote from their documentation:

But my concern is, it does not support Canada zip codes. eg. "L0C9Z9 Ontario" since it contains characters, I can not put this zip into the field, because the zip code field accept only numbers.

You only need to enter the actual Postal Code, so "L0C9Z9" and it should work fine.

Hi, this plugins is awesome, It has absolutely everything client wants. I've some queries though.
1 - How to change the default country here.
2 - Zip field does not accept Canada zip code because of the characters, how can I fix that.

"Note that ZIP and postal code validation depends on your customer’s billing country. Use our international test cards to experiment with other postal code formats"
So when I add card number from my country it doesn't require ZIP code to be added.

We just tested Stripe with a Canada-based test card and we were able to enter your Postal Code without issues:
Once we confirmed the appointment, it booked it without issues:
