Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no built-in feature in Amelia that would allow assigning two Employees for the same Appointment.
However, it can be fixed with a workaround: if you connect both Employees to the same Google Calendar, then in case there's a booking for let's say 10 am with Employee A, then the same time slot at 10 am will be unavailable for further bookings with Employee B as well.
Unfortunately, this workaround doesn't help to select two Employees for an Appointment separately. Thus, they will have to work in "fixed" pairs.
As for the second part, this is also not possible. Conditional booking or dynamic change is not possible in Amelia. All appointments have fixed values. You can determine in advance how many customers can attend the appointment, no employee can be assigned to the appointment depending on the number of customers you have on the appointment. Unfortunately, what you want to achieve is not possible in Amelia.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.

If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
If you disable "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" in Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar, the busy slots from a connected Google Calendar will not block the time slots in Amelia.
So, in this case, two employees would be using the same calendar, but existing busy events in Google wouldn't block available times in Amelia.
We have a studio with two areas.
We would like to offer two classes (2 employees) per session.
If the booking for a class is for more than 4 people it will prevent the second class or employee from being booked for that session.
Is this possible? How would you set this up?
Many thanks
Happy

Hi
I have found a work around by systematically updating the SQL tables, which works perfectly.
Is there a way for us to have two employees on the same calendar without it blocking them in Amelia.
We use a calendar so we can all see the bookings and this does not work as it blocks the second employee if they are attached.
Thanks
Happy
