I'm looking for a solution to manage a recurring service companies (home cleaning, babysitting ...). These services can be booked online or offline. Payments are mostly made offline - on a monthly bases and the customer need to receive an invoice before payments.
My questions :
Monthly invoicing process for offline payments :
Can Amelia create invoices with a recap of all services provided the last month ? The system should automatically "find" the services delivered to a specific custommer and issue a pdf invoice with the list of services, the amount of time and then the total price including custom VAT (which depend of the service type). Example "House cleaning - 29€ / h - 10h - amount : 290€ - VAT 5% - total amount 304,5€ " and "babysitting - 15€ /h - 2h - amount 30€ - VAT 10% - total amount 33€ - total invoice amount 337,5€ "
Service payment for logued in customers
Is it possible to set up an customer page where all the infos of the invoices could be found and were he could pay online ? (idealy the custommer would receive his invoice and login in his custommer portal to have the possibility to pay online)
Variable service length for employee planning:
Services can have different length (exp : baby sitting can be booked for 1, 2, 3... hours). Can we define a variable length in the service booking process ? The question is the same for house cleaning recurring appointment : can I schedule a 3 hours long house cleaning prestation every monday starting at 12pm for exemple and the same service for another customer but this time only 2hour long on the tuesday ?
I hope your product can do all of that : it's a real nightmare to find something suitable for these needs !
but we don't have any built-in functionalities in Amelia to achieve what you described, as to group up all of the payments for a customer.
So i am truly sorry to disappoint you for the first part of the questions regarding invoices, at this time you will not be able to achieve that with Amelia.
We might add something similar in the future, but i can't say an ETA on it.

For variable services - we only have this feature called "Extras":
Extras allow you the possibility to add additional services or products customers can buy when they are scheduling the appointment. By click on the “Add Extra” button, new options will appear:
Here is an example of a test page, how it looks for the customer booking on the front-end.
Extras can also add additional time to the service, so customers can decide if they wish more time on it.
So initial service duration can be 1 hour; then customer can select "extra", to extend the time, depending on the choices you set up.

Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments but we have integration with several payment systems.
You can check out more details about all the payment method integration on our documentation pages, they are:

WooCommerce has feature to create invoices;
but we don't have any built-in functionalities in Amelia to achieve what you described, as to group up all of the payments for a customer.
