I have an event starting tomorrow, and on Amelia it says my members have paid with Stripe but I don't have any payments in my Stripe account. I have checked my keys and they are correct, but I have no payments in at all.
This is a little urgent as my event is starting tomorrow, and from what I can see nothing is paid for - but Amelia is saying they have paid.
Please write us for which appointments / events and customers this has happened? Also, send us a link from the page where you have that event and please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
