As you can see, the name of the user is getting imported incorrectly from WP. Perhaps, this happens when first name or last name fields are not specified in WordPress. In real world, some users prefer not to specify their last names. How do we handle this?
If users prefer not to specify their last names we can't do anything about it. Only the username is required because of that reason. You can see in our video in 4 minutes and 44 seconds that you can edit the user in this case the customer and add their first name and last name if you know it and you can rename them.
I think the problem is that Amelia is importing username as first and last names instead of keeping the fields blank if there are no corresponding entries in WP. In our case, editing each customer account individually is not a practical solution.
That is how integration with them works for now. Unfortunately, there is no other way at this moment.. I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
