We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi, i wanted to change the basic design with The Step by Step Booking form, but it doesn't update even if I delete the cache !

    What can i do ?

    Also the hours still doesn't want to match to my client's schedule....

    I encountered the same issue with our forms, the configured style doesn't apply.

    When I set the color directly in the event configuration, it is correctly applied.

    Thanks for reaching out to us

    If you configurated everything at the back, and see the customization as it should be, but it is not applied on the front,

    can you check do you perhaps have multiple languages set?

    If that is the case, you will have to switch the form view, into each language, and check if you saved changes for all of them:

    And of course, as i can see you already know, after each change, make sure to purge all cache, and check if it is applied.

    Regarding the time slots, not being fully available as they should be,

    can you please check if the employee assigned to that service, maybe has something booked at the same time slot that is not available?

    Or if you have the employee connected to a Calendar, please check if they perhaps have any Calendar Event at this time?
