oes your system allow for location based scheduling? eg. say task-A takes 1h to perform but to get to the 2nd location it is 2h drive...and therefore because of the distance between the location of first and second jobs there needs to be (say) a 2h gap. ..but this gap depends on the location distance of the two bookings. These locations will be the addresses of customers and they are not predefined.
Is your system able to cater for these scenarios?
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. You have the option for buffer time, but the buffer time in Amelia is fixed. There is no possibility to change the service and buffer time depending on the client and their location.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
