Hi, i've adedded customer panel to Woocommerce Dashboard to allow client to manage appointments. It's possible to the client not entering username and password for access the panel and use woocommerce account credential?
To log into the customer panel, it is important that the WordPress user has the "Amelia customer" role and they will be able to log into the customer panel with their credentials.
Hope this helps you.
Please reach out to us if you have any other questions.
Whe user register on woocommerce and add a booking, the user is automatically added to Amelia Clients. The question is: is possible for the user have not to login to customer panel? Because is already logged-in as woocommerce user and the user is the same. If i change user role from client to Amelia Client i've got to login either.
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment, the customer panel works separately and in order to access the customer panel customers must enter mail and the password. They cannot be automatically logged in.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
