Our customers use Amelia to book a meeting with one of our employee. They recieve a link to a Zoom meeting which they click at the booked meeting time.
We now want to give the customer two more options for the meeting. He can choose to get the link like now, or to dial in to the employee using a special phone number, or to wait for the employee to call them on their phone.
How can we, in a simple way, add this selection to the booking process?
* Note that the rest of the booking process is the same, it's just an add option to be chosen for the booked session.
Sorry for the delay, i wanted to make sure and confirm this.
- I am sorry to disappoint you, but at this time, this is not achievable with any of our built-in functionalities in Amelia.
The developers will work on adding this, but I can't say an ETA when they might start working on it.
I will pass this to them, but please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion also on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

Hi, Arie
Thanks for reaching out to us
To be fully honest, i am not 100% sure this is possible to achieve right now with our plugin.
But i will make sure to check with the senior Team and the developers.
As soon as i confirm this, i will come back.
Thank you for your patience.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

I hope it is possible to add some options selection to the booking process for the customer to choose.
Maybe in the screen where they confirm their details

I've investigated the feature Page and saw references to Custom fields. Checked them and it seems to fit what we need! 🙂
Is there a way to make one option of a radio button selection custom field be selected by default?
