Message: AADSTS9000411: The request is not properly formatted. The parameter 'state' is duplicated.
The connection appears to be there - I can see it in the microsoft.account.live - it has all the permissions to view my calendar. However in the employee panel the "sign in with outlook" button didn't become red and there's no calendar available to choose from. Also the events are not being synced in any way.

This is an issue with the permissions on the hosting, we have had a similar issue reported to us recently.
