Is there a way that the admin can see the available hours an Employee has for the day/week/month? It shows the appointments that are set but if an Employee changes their work hours on a specific day there is no easy place to see that when she is scheduling from a phone call. (Amelia is set to allow the admin to schedule anytime because the owner has several employees that don’t put their hours on the website but the owner knows their schedule and will schedule from call-ins and repeat client. If we “hide” an employee then it blocks the owner from scheduling them.
Employees would like to see their appointments in a calendar vs list view. Is there a way to add that? It is available only to the admin from what I can see.
For events, is there an option to to hide any full classes/events from view so that customers don't have to scroll through the the unavailable ones to find open classes
When exporting a spreadsheet for attendees to an event, could we show the amount they already paid? We offer workshops with the option to book using a deposit or to pay in full and will need to know if we need to collect more money when they check in.
