I was wondering if it's possible for an admin to add appointments manually? Say for example if a customer contacts us through a phone call. Could we then go into the system an add that to the general schedule?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, appointments can be added by the administrator from the back-end. You also have an option to allow administrators to book appointments outside of employee's work hours, so if (for example) employees work from 09:00 - 17:00 on business days, by enabling this option in Roles Settings, the administrators of the site would be able to book appointments Mon-Sun, from 00:00 - 24:00
