Our plugin is not compatible yet, for "Users with visual disabilities", and these issues are most probably related to that.
But we are going to pass this to the developers, just to make sure, they will double-check it for us;
and as soon as they respond i will immediately come back to you.

I cannot say the ETA on this feature, though, as there are a lot of other, more-requested features here.
This is a brand new, public feature suggestion page, so please feel free to add this as a suggestion there, so more people can vote for it.
The more votes a feature receives, the more likely it will be developed sooner. We will add it to our long-term plan, as mentioned above, but having more votes will definitely speed it up.

We are thinking about purchasing WP Data Tables. However, we have noticed a number of issues with your software around compliance with WCAG web accessibility guidelines. Please see the attached screenshot. Note that we use a Chrome extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/axe-devtools-web-accessib/lhdoppojpmngadmnindnejefpokejbdd) to scan for accessibility issues.

The developers advised me.
At this time, unfortunately, we are not 100% WCAG compatible, but we have a plan to do this in the future.
We can't say an ETA right now, because our priority tasks depend on the number of users who ask for a certain development feature, or an improvement;
but we will do our absolute best to work on becoming completely WCAG compatible, as soon as possible.
If you'd like, you can certainly follow our changeLog page, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
