    Hi I'm stuck

    I try to achieve the following:

    there are four locations, each location has, an identical exhibition, a total of two groups of max 25 persons can visit the exhibition in any location at the same time. visit time is 60 minutes.

    Each group needs about 15 min instructions, so the second group, can only start 15 mins later. so there is an overlap for 45 min 

    how do i do this?

    closest i have come is, 4 locations, 'Team' instead of employee, 

    how do i get rid of the 'Beliebig Team'? which means 'any employee' in the drop down.

    Also, how can i change the form flied   'Schulhaus' in the form?

    can the line 'Gesamtzahl' be turned off?

    Hello Jean,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    1. I'm afraid we haven't been able to figure out what from your explanation what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?

    2. In the Amelia / customize section you have the option to turn off any employee visibility option.

    3. As for the translation words can be changed using POEDIT or Loco Translate for example very easily. I suggest you to install Loco Translate and then to translate these string.

    If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction:

    1. Download the Amelia plugin from our TMS Store or from email that you receive when you made purchase and save the .zip file on your computer.

    2. Unzip downloaded .zip file.

    3. You need to download and install POEDIT

    4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.

    5. Translate all the strings that are not translated

    6. Save the translation.

    7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.

    This is example for French language, but you will choose yours.
