I have one more question in regards to this. Are you referring to an employee being connected to their calendar on Hotmail or outlook integration being configured through that email?
I have a user that has a hotmail adres, and I would like her to get het appointments in her hotmail calendar.... Is that possible or not? -Asking because normally I would need to configure some things in azure, but since this is an personal account, there is no azure.

Small question: Is it possible to use the calendar sync with a (non-professional) hotmail.com account?
I did it before with the professional o365 accounts, but the client I will be helping now, only uses a private hotmail account.

You can use a Hotmail account to connect the employee to the Outlook calendar. Can you please test it out and let me know if that works or not?
