We can see that the coupons show up correctly on your website:
Maybe you're trying to apply the coupon to Packages you've created? If that's true, please note that coupons are not yet included in packages. You can offer discounts to your customers when you're creating/editing the Package, so the discounted price is applied, but they will not see the coupon field when they're booking a package.
I also have a conversation with another TMS rep who told me that my plugin was very out of date, so I then upgraded it...THEN all of the packages that were set up disappeared and I learned I needed the PRO version, so I paid to upgrade. I can't figure out how to upgrade the plug in to pro. I tried to install it, but I don't see any options for packages?
Can you help me! My packages are gone, my booking widget is a mess since the package options are showing anymore.
We can't provide calls as support, unfortunately, we can just use this ticketing system.

Please deactivate Amelia, clear cache,
re-activate Amelia, and clear cache again.
You can clear cache with the plugin such as "W3 Total Cache" or any other, also clear your browser cache and cookies.

If you configured everything, but the booking form doesn't work properly, it could be a cache issue.
I am happy to see the packages are back. In the future, make sure to purge all cache from the site, from time to time - doesn't have to be too often, but it is good practice.

Coupons , at this time, can only be used for appointments from Services, and for Events.
The coupons tab can be found on the “Finance” page but only if the “Coupons” option is enabled in the “Payments Settings”. It allows you to create promotions to offer customers discounted prices for their appointment/events by a percentage or cash discount.

For example, you can also send coupons as part of an automated notification, if a customer books X number of appointments of a service, they can get a coupon in a notification.
Please note several things:
In order for coupon code to be sent you need to paste the coupon code placeholder into the notification template,
If customer used the coupon code the coupon code will not be sent again in the notification even though you have enabled recurring option.
Coupon code will be sent after the customer schedules x number of same appointments (with same services).
As for the events the coupon code will be sent after the attendees books x number of different events.
Need help figuring out why the coupon code field is not showing when the customer books a service. I've set up several codes already.
Help!!! Need answers for a coupon that is active in a few days!
