We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
we got a problem on filtering.
For example we would like to visualize only the rows that includes the value 'Canto' -alone-, and not also the rows that incude Canto Jazz". Becouse they are different in some cases. If we put 'Exact value list' the sort will display the rows that have only the single value 'Canto' and not the rows e.g that have "Canto, Pianoforte, and others value...etc.....". So the value should compare with the excact word and not if it is enclosed in other values... There are some tips to sort it out?
Hello there.
Unfortunately, what you're looking for to achieve can't be done with the built-in features of wpDataTables.
The filter will search for values within cells, so if you don't enable Exact Filtering, it will look for all instances of "Canto", and if you do enable it, it will look for an exact phrase.
I can't say when or if this will be changed in the future, but please feel free to add it to our Feature Suggestion Page. There should be a lot of support for this by our customers, and the more votes a suggestion has, more likely it will be developed sooner.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
