We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
My final goal is to be able to schedule events using both Zoom and Google Meet! By what I have read, it is possible using the Google Meet integration with a Service! I tried to find a similar option for the Events, but everybody says that Services are the way to go.
Anyways, I created a service but I stumbled upon the fact that there wasn't any Google Meet Integration option, all I could see was Zoom and Lesson Space.
Am I missing something? Why isn't there a Google Meet option? Is there an easier way of achieving my goal?
Thank you and kind regards.
Diego
Hi, Diego
Sorry for the delay.
You should have no issues in connecting services and appointments to Google Meet.
You have to make sure to integrate Google Calendar with Amelia (check more details how to do it here);
and connect the employee who is providing the service to his Calendar;
make sure to go to the Amelia Settings page, open the Integration Settings, and in the Google Calendar section enable the “Google Meet” and click “Save”.
Here is my local example, i just made a Test appointment for my employee; and set everything up,
i can see a Google Meet has been generated on his Calendar;

Let me know if you need any help to achieve this.
Additionally, you can check out this detailed documentation on how to integrate Google Meet.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
