I have one product where I do not need them to create an actual account to log in. Its a free consult zoom appointment. Id like them to just get the email with the zoom meeting.

And the other products are paid products that have zoom meetings and I would like the account created so they can log in.

    Is it possible?

    Hello Jonathan,

     Thank you for contacting us.

We don't know exactly what you mean but Amelia doesn't have the option to create an account, and we don't have the option for different accesses for different clients.

Every customer when booking an appointment must enter their information at the end of the booking process and that's it, they don't need any other access to book an appointment.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Kind Regards,

Sorry for the poor explanation. Ill try to explain in better detail.

So when a client signs up for an appointment it creates an Amelia Customer user account and a WordPress user account, that can login as a WordPress user. Is that correct? It appears to on my clients website.

For my clients site I have created a client dashboard (woocommerce account dashboard) where the users can log in and manage and submit documents as well as view their appointments. And there is wizard with some required documents they need to submit before the zoom meeting. This works well, but for one product (a free 30 minute consultation) I do not need them to submit any of the required docs. They just need the zoom meeting link when it is approved.

Three options I can think of:

    1. Can I determine what service a user has purchased on the front end of the website. If so, I could alter the wizard based on that data.

    2. Or can I send a different email to users based on which service they have purchased. Right now the appointment confirmed email is edited to tell them to login and complete the wizard but I do not need the clients who are just doing the 30 min consult to do so.

    3. Or can I not create a WordPress user account for a specific product.

Hope this helps explain the issue a little better. Let me know if I need to explain anything else.

    Thanks.

    Hello Jonathan,

We haven’t encountered this view before so we don’t know exactly what it looks like and what exactly and how you connected all of that. But option 2 is possible in Amelia.

In Amelia/notifications you have the option to create a new notification. There you can create notifications for a specific service like this

And only those notifications will be sent for that service.

    Hope this helps.
