We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Our booking system is set up to accept 4 people per class. When a client cancels from a class we need another client to be able to book into that spot. We have discovered that when a client cancels, there is a red circle around that person in the appointment pane, but they haven't been removed and the spot does not become free for another booking unless we manually go in and remove them. Is there a way to remove that person from the class when they cancel automatically?

     Thank you for contacting us.

    For example, when you have 10 filled seats on the appointment

    And when customer cancel appointment

    Free slots will continue to be considered as avaliable because one seat has been vacated

    It will not be seen on the backend because that customer was not deleted from that appointment, but when new customer bookes, it will be shown to you as 11/10

    But on the front end no one else will be able to book because the seats are filled.

    We understand that this can be a little confusing and we will work on it in the future but you don't have to worry, everything is working properly.
