Hi
I'm trying to move an appointment from Employee - Section 5 to Employee - Section 1 in Amelia admin, but I can't seem to work out why the available timeslot would be missing.
In this screenshot I need to move Olivia's 11am Appointment from Employee - Section 5 to Employee - Section 1. Employee - Section 1 has availability to take the appointment but the avaialble time is missing in the Time dropdown.
Is there are setting that will enable me to do this? Is Amelia purposely built this way, or is it a different issue?
Thanks
Kahlil
Hello Kahlil,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
That is how it works at the moment, as you need to cancel the customer on one of the appointments and add him to another appointment slot.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
