Somehow this ticket was overlooked and the system automatically closes tickets after 7 days of no replies.

As far as I can see, in this JSON file, the coupon has not been assigned to this event. Its ID is on line 58, as you said, but on line 60 you can see "coupon":null. Also, above, on line 31 where the event is described, you can see "coupons":{} so could it be that this coupon (with ID:3) is not assigned to this event?

If the coupon is applied to this event, could you provide me with a temporary wp-admin user (Administrator) for your site, so I can take a look? Also, would I be able to book an event and you send me the JSON file you get once that's done? If yes - can you share the booking page URL with me?

Just make sure to send the credentials in a PRIVATE response since this is a public ticket.

I see there's no coupon applied in the JSON, so I'll forward the ticket to our developers and I'll get back to you as soon as I hear from them.
