It seems like lately every time there is a wpdatatables plugin update we have to reenter our license keys before we can get the update. We've saved the license keys numerous times, but the update process doesn't seem to see them. Are we doing something wrong?
This is not expected behavior, and we would need to log in to your site and see what's going on.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. Make sure the Plugin Editor is enabled also.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
