Hi, I have a client who has 2 types of yoga classes and a pilates class. The classes all cost the same and she wants to do a pack of 12 classes. However we don't care how the client uses the package. They can do 6 pilates, 3 hatha and 3 yin. Or any other combination. Is that possible?
Unfortunately, this is not currently possible in Amelia. Currently, when creating a package, you need to determine how many appointments you offer for each service.
But it is a good suggestion I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.

Hi Marko, well this is really a problem then. Because we also have a Pilates mat class that is given on 2 different locations. When they buy a pack of mat classes they should be able to book in either location. Issue is that the number of participants is defined in the service and it should be relevant to the location. One location can have 4 participants and the other can have 12.
I must say I was really happy with Amelia and I've implemented it on a lot of sites. However, this is my first time implementing Amelia for a studio with different classes, teachers and locations and it is proving very difficult. I keep having to make adjustments because the system can't accommodate real life situations. :-(
When booking, they will be able to choose the location and the employee who is at that location.
In case they choose a location where the maximum is 4 seats per appointment and all the seats are filled for example at 9 am they will not see that slot as available for booking but will be offered for example 10 am.
They will be shown all the thevaliable time slots for that location and that employee.
But we understand your point of view and I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.

Yes the number of seats should be a factor of the location, not of the service. So either make it so that you can create packages where the number of sessions per service is not predefined, ór have the number of participants dependent on the location rather then have the number of participants dependent on the service.
