We meet two issues with the booking option "any employees" :
1. When we select a service and "Peu importe" (any employees), and continue to choose the time, we can see that the display is quite illogical. (please see the screenshot attached)
In fact, it shows the schedule of employee 1, then of employee 2. Is it possible to fix this please ?
2. On the admin / employees backoffice, is there a way to see when a customer has chosen "any employee", in order to change the employee assigned if needed ? Because sometimes the software assigns customers to the same employee, so the second has no customers...
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
Let me know how that goes, and if the issue persists, please.
2.
I can see what you mean... Unfortunately, at this time this is not possible to set up.
When "any employee" is selected, it is completely random, and we can't change this logic right now;
But i like this idea for improvement, so i will pass it on to the developers, and they will try to add this option;
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
On my end, i am not sure which service to choose. It seems that it is not such a drastic time slot presentation, as from your screenshot , i tried some of the first services offered:
Can i take a remote look at the WP admin, please?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
And let me know what is the service name from the screenshot, please?
I reviewed everything once more, and just thinking...
This might be an issue with some Time Zone settings.... Can you please check if you have a fixed GMT Time Zone set in your WordPress General Settings?
I will advise choosing a city that is in the same time zone as yours might solve the issue with time slots not properly showing,
if you see that a fixed time zone is in your WP settings.
-
Additionaly, i will send you some very important information that can help:
this might be an issue with the Time Zone settings:
If you enabled this setting : Show booking slots in client time zone on the Amelia general settings :
If you enable this option your clients will see time slots in their own time zone, and once they schedule an appointment you will see it in the back-end in the time zone that you have set in the WordPress General Settings under the Timezone option. So, for example, if your clients are in a time zone that is 1 hour less than yours, they will schedule an appointment for 8 pm, and you will see this appointment at 9 pm in the appointments list.
-
Also, for example, in the main WP time zone, on the settings , if you have set a fixed UTC time zone.
We strongly recommend switching to a City that is the closest to the same time zone, to avoid any issues between back-end and front-end times.
Please check out more details explained about using time zones in Amelia on this page. Time Zones with Amelia
The main summary is :
When you select the city you're in, in WordPress' General Settings, the system automatically calculates the Daylight Savings Time, and shifts the clock accordingly, so if you have any issues with what you see on the front-end vs what you see in the back-end, always check the Time Zone in WordPress.
-
And with this new feature to set employees time zones; we also recommend picking a city, rather than a fixed UTC time zone, to avoid any issues.
Important to note : for employees as well, it will only show their time zone when they log into the employee panel; otherwise on the back-end, it will always show your WordPress time zone.
-
I hope that was clear, but let me know if you have any questions, and check the credentials if the issue persists.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
Concerning the conflict between themes / plugins and Amelia, we made several tests. At first, we deactivated the theme, without success.
We also tried to deactivate plugins one by one but unfortunately nothing works. Do you have another idea in order to solve this problem please ?
Concerning the visibility of "any employee", I created the suggestion.
Thank you in advance,
Best regards.

Hi, LECAILLE Marion
Sorry for the delay.
Can you please check the credentials?
Seems they are not correct :

Hello,
Thank you a lot for your answer.
Could you please confirm that the file will not delete calendar appointments and services ?
Because our customer has all her appointments on the tool.
Best regards,
Marion LECAILLE
Hi, Marion LECAILLE
Sorry for the delayed response.
Yes, i can absolutely confirm, as long as you check that setting i pointed out
In Amelia Settings/Activation, make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled;
and all the data from Amelia will be 100% safe on the database that is stored in your website hosting server.
-
And i am extremely confident that installing this fix will completely resolve the time slots not properly showing.
Let me know how it goes, and if you need any help for this issue. Thanks
Kind Regards,
