I'm now using Booknetic appointment booking, but i consider to switch to Amelia. A main difference between booknewtic and amelia is that in booknetic i can set special days (and normal schedule) per service, and as far as i can see in Amelia it can't be done on that level. i can define special days in staff members and then assign this staff member to a service, but if 1 staff member handles multiple services the date/times of service A will also be available on service B and i want to define different date/time slots per service.
so..
staf member: john doe
service A: special day: 30-05-2022 10:00 - 11:00 and 11:30 - 12:30
service B: special day: 31-05-2022 10:30 - 11:30 and 11:45 - 12:45 and 14:15 - 15:15
In Amelia, special days have priority over "standard schedule", if that makes sense, so i believe you should have no issues in setting up that kind of schedule as you described.
Special Days – This feature allows you to configure one or multiple days when the employee’s schedule is somehow different from the standard one. E.g. one can have different working hours, provide different services, and/or work in a different location for one Thursday only. Whether you need to set shorter or longer working hours for just one day or a period, set a different service for one specific day or a whole week, or assign the employee to a different location for a day — here you can do all of this.
Additionally, I just wanted to point out that we have pages with Demos, that you can use to try out the plugin's features - https://wpamelia.com/demos/
and there is a 15-day money-back guarantee period, so if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out,
we would assist you with our support along the way, and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period.

Hi, Ronny
Thanks for reaching out to us.

Please check out our documentation explained here, about how this works.
And let me know if you have any questions.
