Hi, we have been trying the plugin before install it in our client web page. We have been trying it on different cases, and we have seen that any client could make two bookings at the same hour with different employees using the same email.
Yes, this is possible because appointments with other employees are counted separately. If they try to book an appointment with the same employee at the same time, then they will not be able to and Amelia will inform them that they already have a booked appointment at that time like this.
As for booking 2 twice with two different employees we, unfortunately, we cant do anything about that because they are two separate appointments with two available time slots.
